You can return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their unused, in original condition and wrapped packaging. 

For returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, the period is 30 days.

Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned shipment. Bank transaction fees may be deducted in some cases.

If the returned product is found to be used or not in its original condition, it will be sent back to the customer and the refund will be rejected.

BabyIslandEG will bear the cost of return shipping only in the following cases:

• The product has a manufacturing defects.
• The product's specifications do not match the description on our website.
• For any other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
