Loyalty rewards are available for registered customers only.

You earn points when you purchase eligible products.

Points earning depends on category and minimum order value in that category.

Some categories reward faster than others — and bigger purchases unlock bigger wallet value.

🎁 Step 3 — Redeem on Future Orders

Use your points as a discount on your next purchase.

Important: Points are applied on future orders only (not the same order).

Eligibility & Accuracy

  • Only purchases made while logged in are eligible for points.
  • Points are calculated based on the program rules active at the time of purchase.
  • BabyIsland may exclude certain products or promotions from earning points when necessary.

Updates & Changes

  • BabyIsland reserves the right to update loyalty rules, earning rates, or eligible categories at any time.
  • Updates may be applied to new orders going forward.

Abuse Prevention

  • Any misuse, fraud, or unusual activity may result in points being removed or the loyalty benefits being restricted.

Final Decision

  • BabyIsland maintains final decision authority on loyalty point allocation and redemption in case of disputes.
